* You should go to an auction to buy an old, used car, dont spend more than 400$.
* Then you should make a strategy of how to do it and how to start.
* Then start with the engine try to remove most parts and replace them (Little Parts) keep the engine(as much as you can). Devote a day or two of cleaning the engine.
* Then get under your car, if you can get a mechanic to help you replace the exhaust or at least just put in a new muffler.
* Go to the inside, clean it out, try a new radio, steering wheel and maybe even clutch or transmission if you need.
* Then do the bodywork.(Scrape off surface rust, get the dents good, even get a new paint job).
* Last and very important go to a mechanic for a tune up and for him to check that everything is proper.
